A live 3-hour session, on Zoom or on site, for 5–15 people. Your team uses AI on its own real work, not generic demos.
Includes: role-specific prompt library; team AI usage guidelines; 2-week follow-up call.
AI + Ops Sprint
Founding $2,000 (standard $3,500)
Two to four weeks to find where work gets stuck and fix it. I map your handoffs from sales to onboarding to support, then put AI and simple automations to work where they'll save the most time.
Includes: workflow audit and 90-day roadmap; updated SOPs and help docs; prompt library and AI usage policy; simple automations (Zapier or similar); live team training; 30-day check-in.
Workshop fee is credited toward the Sprint.
