I’ve spent nearly a decade in B2B SaaS: three in customer support, two in sales, one in sales operations, three as a technical consultant handling support and implementation, and the last year managing the support and implementation team.

As a technical consultant and now a manager, I’ve run 40+ implementations and rebuilt onboarding for two products. I also replaced scattered documentation, Smartsheet, Dropbox, a pile of spreadsheets, and other tools and systems with one Notion workspace. I’m leading the requirements behind a new in-house ticketing system and shaping improvements to our current one while it’s built. And I pushed the AI adoption that launched our support chatbot.
